All event listings are booked for a specific promotion date. Promotion will take place from this selected period. Continued promotion on social media beyond this cycle requires a new booking.

It is the responsibility of the event organiser to select the most appropriate promotion month for their event. Town Crier does not automatically move or defer social media or website listings to future months if an event takes place later.

Social media listings will remain active during the selected promotion cycle and website listings will be live until the event date. Town Crier will remove expired events to maintain an up-to-date website platform.

Only events relevant to the selected promotion month are guaranteed inclusion in social calendars, roundups, and time-sensitive promotional content. Events outside this timeframe may still appear on the website but may not be included in social media promotion.

Add-on promotional services (including standalone social posts, newsletter placements, and blog features) are scheduled within the selected promotion cycle based on availability and editorial planning. Specific posting dates are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for booking promotion early enough to allow adequate promotion before their event date. Town Crier cannot guarantee promotional coverage before an event if the booking is made close to the event date.

All required event information, links, and media assets must be submitted by the stated deadlines. Failure to provide complete information may result in exclusion from the promotion cycle without refund.

Event organisers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and up to date. Town Crier is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete submissions.

If event details change (including date, location, or cancellation), organisers must inform Town Crier as soon as possible. Town Crier cannot guarantee updates will be reflected if changes are submitted late.

Town Crier reserves the right to determine how listings appear across the platform, including placement, scheduling, formatting, and promotional timing.

Town Crier provides promotional exposure and marketing services. We do not guarantee ticket sales, attendance numbers, engagement levels, or commercial outcomes.

Due to the nature of digital promotional services, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and scheduled unless Town Crier is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Town Crier reserves the right to refuse, remove, or decline listings that:

• Do not align with platform standards

• Contain misleading information

• Promote harmful, illegal, or inappropriate activity

• Conflict with community values

By submitting event information, you confirm you have permission to share all provided content, including images, logos, and promotional materials.

Town Crier is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
